Duties and Responsibility

To provide administrative support which includes creating quotations, sales orders, invoices, and delivery orders using the system.
To provide sales coordination and support which includes follow-ups, and any customer requests/issues/sales-related matters.
To oversee and monitor progress billings and collection of payments.
Prepare reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis and maintain up-to-date reports.

Job Requirement

Candidate must possess at least SPM level.
Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Malay.
Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
Able to adapt to fast-moving and fast-changing environment.

Mon - Fri: 9am - 6pm
