Shipping policy

Please allow us 3-5 days for the application of Bomba License(if needed). The extinguishers are sent to a district Bomba station for the extinguisher to be inspected before a Bomba License can be issued.  

Do note if self-collection is chosen for the product, there will be no delivery fee incurred but the customer is expected to pick-up the products from our HQ at Petaling Jaya.

For all other online orders that do not require a Bomba License, we pack and ship the products the next working day.
