Job Overview

As a Talent & Culture Executive, you will work closely with the team to change how talent and culture are done in the company and industry. The goal is to revolutionize HR in the company to ensure that the right employees are brought into the company with fair compensation and focus on retaining talent.

Your day-to-day role includes but is not limited to People Operations, Employee Experience, and helping out with Employee Compensation when needed. This position is under Brian Soo's Innovations Team at Fire Fighter Industry Sdn. Bhd.

Duties and Responsibility

  • People Operations: Administer tasks to ensure the day-to-day operations are smooth (HRIS database, attendance management/timekeeping, inquiries, etc.)
  • Employee Experience: Onboarding, learning & development, retention, check-ins
  • Employee Compensation: Assistance in Payroll when needed.

Job Requirement

  • At least a Diploma in any field is preferred, a Bachelor’s Degree or higher is a plus.
  • Highly organized, meticulous, and can work well under pressure and tight deadlines.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Great interpersonal skills to solve workplace issues.
  • Proficient computer skills.

Bonus

  • Familiarity with the Employment and Industrial Relation rules and regulations.
  • Interest or experience in culture transformation.
