Job Overview

Fire Fighter Industry is Malaysia’s #1 fire safety company. Our team is looking for a people-oriented and innovative Executive to join us! This position will be part of the Innovation team at Fire Fighter to innovate how hiring is done.

Duties and Responsibility

  • Work closely with the Innovation Team and HR Team to recruit the best talent for respective positions in the company.
  • Plan and implement recruitment strategies to ensure we attract the best talent for our needs.
  • Responsible for the recruiting processes, including job advertisement, sourcing, screening, setting up interview appointments, conducting interviews and reporting to management. This will be done alongside our marketing team to better market our job positions.
  • Be responsible for hiring initiatives on different recruitment channels - Jobstreet, Hiredly, Indeed, etc.
  • Qualify suitable applicants via the use of a range of screening tools e.g. face-to-face interviews, phone/video interviews, written tests, etc.
  • Document, track and maintain records of employee’s engagement status
  • Involve directly in preparing weekly, monthly & ad-hoc recruitment reports to the management.
  • Build strong professional relationships with universities / potential candidates to boost up the recruitment process.

Job Requirement

  • At least a Diploma in any field is preferred, a Bachelor’s Degree or higher is a plus.
  • Highly organized, meticulous, and can work well under pressure and tight deadlines.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Great interpersonal skills to solve workplace issues.
  • Proficient computer skills.
