Fire Fighter Industry is Malaysia’s #1 fire safety company. Our team is looking for a Kick-ass Customer Experience Executive Intern to join and grow with us! As an intern, we believe the main goal is to learn as much as possible and to understand what the "real world" is like. This position will participate in providing the best experience for our customers.

Duties and Responsibility

  • Able to use creative and innovative ways to communicate with our customers. (Whatsapp, Facebook, Messenger, Instagram, Shopee, Lazada and Emails.)
  • Assisting in responding to the email enquiries and hand over enquiries to relevant departments for follow-up and report to the team leader.
  • Assisting in managing customer Enquiries, Complaints and Requests in a positive manner.
  • Assisting in preparing weekly reports on Enquiries received, handed over, and any other strange and unique requests from customers.

Job Requirement

  • You are still pursuing a bachelor's degree in university, fresh graduates are also welcome to apply. 
  • Fast learners who can learn and grow at an accelerated rate and can take on rapidly increasing responsibility.
  • Excellent communication skills in the major languages in Malaysia. 
  • Being able to work cross-functionally with different teams.
  • Possessing a can-do, resilient attitude.
  • You have excellent problem-solving skills.
