Job Overview

At Fire Fighter, we are constantly growing, both in numbers and in knowledge. We believe that talents (like you) are what makes the company great. The goal of this position is to assist the Sales team to close pending deals.

Duties and Responsibility

• Managing all forms of incoming and outgoing communication (phone calls, emails, faxes etc.) on behalf of the Sales & Marketing team.
• Prepare and coordinate the preparation and submission of summary briefs and reports to the Sales & Marketing team.
• Assist the Sales Team in preparing quotations, job orders, delivery notes and invoices.
• Arranging meetings with customers and suppliers as required.

Job Requirement

• Candidate must possess at least STPM, Diploma or Degree in any field.
• Candidate must be PC Literate.
• Candidate who possess working experience in office environment will be added advantage.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Able to speak fluently and have good writing skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

About the Job

• RM1.8k - RM2.5k

• Mon - Fri: 8am - 5pm
• Sat: 8am - 1pm
