Duties and Responsibility

  • Assist and Support Sales Team in preparing quotations, collection orders, job orders, delivery notes and invoices.
  • Managing all forms of incoming and outgoing communication (phone calls, emails, whatsapp messages etc.) on behalf of the Sales & Marketing team.
  • Prepare and coordinate the weekly and monthly sales reports to the Sales & Marketing team.
  • Make appointment with customers and suppliers as required.

Job Requirement

  • Candidate must possess at least STPM, Diploma or Degree in any field.
  • Candidate must be PC Literate.
  • Candidate who possess working experience in office environment will be added advantage.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Able to speak fluently and have good writing skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

About the Job

  • Salary Range
  • RM3k - RM3.5k
  • Working Hours
  • Mon - Fri: 8am - 5pm
  • Sat: 8am - 1pm
